TOULOUSE
Situated between Place Saint-Pierre and the Quais de la Daurade, Mado invites you to discover creative, generous and characterful bistronomic cuisine. Located on Rue des Blanchers, this restaurant with its warm and relaxed atmosphere was conceived by Léo Plusquellec, who pays tribute to his grandmother from Toulouse by naming the restaurant after her, Madeleine. With its cosy décor, wood and blue tones, and friendly atmosphere, Mado is the perfect spot for a gourmet break in the heart of Toulouse, whether for lunch, dinner with friends or enjoying the fine weather on the terrace.
At Mado, culinary influences come together in a delicious fusion: the heritage of French cuisine, Asian inspirations and Mediterranean touches combine to create a vibrant menu, which changes with the seasons, the produce on offer and the chef’s inspiration. The cuisine is spontaneous, prioritising fresh produce whilst also offering a good selection of vegetarian options.
At lunchtime on weekdays, Mado offers a set menu comprising a starter, main course and dessert, whilst in the evening the menu features dishes designed to be shared or enjoyed individually, as you wish. It’s the perfect opportunity to sample a range of creations and prolong the experience with a selection of vibrant, carefully chosen wines.
