Our specialty is Neapolitan pizza. A true passion nurtured over the years by trips to Italy and countless evenings testing recipes and improving technique. Until we found the right dough recipe, the right gestures and ever more delicious combinations. Our dough undergoes an entire fermentation process that produces the high, soft, light and crispy edges characteristic of Neapolitan pizzas.
