Nestling on the banks of the Sète canals, Quai d’en Face is a gourmet restaurant run by young chef Romain Murat, whose family has been carrying on a tradition of fine dining in Sète since 1963. In a warm, family atmosphere, Romain offers a bold, sincere cuisine rooted in the Mediterranean terroir, renewed every two months according to the season. Loyal to his local producers, he works with fresh, quality produce to offer his guests a unique culinary experience, combining contemporary gastronomy with Sète’s culinary heritage. Acknowledged by Gault & Millau and Petit Futé, this Tables & Auberges de France-labeled establishment welcomes you Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime and Monday to Saturday evening, with a terrace available in summer.
